Bonus Terms

1 - Bonus Limits

All bonuses are limited to one per person, household, computer, or IP address unless otherwise specified.

2 - Forfeiting Bonuses

Players can forfeit their bonus amount at any time and withdraw any remaining Real Money balance.

3 - Wagering Requirements

Free Spin winnings are subject to a special one-time wagering requirement, and Casino Bonus Money is subject to a 35x wagering unless stated otherwise in the campaign terms.

4 - Bonus Funds and Real Money

Real Money and bonus funds will be used in the following order:

1. Real Money
2. Bonus Money

Real Money bets cannot be used to clear Bonus Wagering Requirements. Only when placing a Bonus Money bet, or a bet containing Bonus Money, is the wagering requirement decreased by the amount of Bonus Money wagered, up to a maximum of 5 EUR.

5 - Negligible Bonus Balance

When the bonus balance falls below 0.05 EUR, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

6 - Maximum Bonus Bet

The maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money is 5 EUR per spin or 0.50 EUR per bet line until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Tuplaus Casino reserves the right to void bets and winnings resulting from wagers of more significant amounts.

7 - Variations in Wagering Fulfilment

Please note that different games contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirements:

Some games cannot be played with Bonus Money, and you will receive an error message when trying to place bets or open a game excluded from bonus play.

8 - Deposit Bonus & Free Cash Expirations

Unless stated otherwise, all deposit and free cash bonus offers will expire after 24 hours. Once a reward or bonus has been claimed, the player has 60 days to use it, or the remainder may be forfeited. Registered players must log in to Tuplaus.com and visit My Rewards to accept all rewards or bonuses and have these applied to their accounts.

9 - Bonus Money Expiration

Tuplaus reserves the right to withhold and remove any Bonus Money awarded if it has not been used within 60 days of the date awarded.

10 - Risk Hedging

Risk hedging, such as, but not limited to, betting on both red and black in a single roulette round, will not contribute to any part of a promotion. This includes bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using risk hedging tactics to redeem bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes, and any subsequent winnings removed.

11 - Free Spin Rounds

Winnings from Free Spins have a wagering requirement of thirty-five (35x) the winning sum unless otherwise stated in the Free Spins campaign. If no specific information is given regarding wagering requirements when receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement is set to thirty-five (35x) the bonus amount received.

12 - Free Spins for Specific Games

Tuplaus Casino will allocate the Free Spins provided as part of any promotion or incentive to a game of their choice.

13 - Incomplete Feature Plays

Winnings from "free spins" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost, expired, or forfeited will be removed.

14 - Saved Progress in Games

Using Bonus Money primarily to advance through the bonus stages of games that save progress (e.g. Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Champion of the Track, Castle Builder and Robin Hood) is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the winnings from the bonus round and subsequent winnings being voided.

15 - Welcome Offer

Our welcome offer consists of 10 Double-Up Attempts on Tuplaus Game upon your first deposit. Each €1 attempt must be claimed individually in the My Rewards section before it can be used.

15.1 - Welcome Bonus Double-Up Attempts

The Welcome Bonus Double-Up Attempts will be distributed over two days, with five daily attempts allocated. Each attempt begins with a €1 bet, and the player must predict whether the next card will be lower or higher. If the card drawn is a 7, the stake will be returned. The maximum possible win per attempt is €512, with the total possible win from all Welcome Bonus Double-Up Attempts capped at €5,120.

15.2 - Welcome Bonus Deposit

A minimum deposit of 20 EUR is required to activate the Welcome Bonus.

15.3 - Welcome Bonus Wagering Requirements

Winnings from the Welcome Bonus are subject to a one-time (1x) wagering requirement.

16 - The Progress Bar

A minimum bet of 0.20 EUR with Bonus Money or Real Money is required to advance the Progress Bar. Filling the Progress Bar will award you a free bet on Tuplaus Game. Winnings received from Tuplaus Game are subject to a one-time (1x) wagering requirement.

17 - Tuplaus Game

The Tuplaus Game is a standalone game offering players the chance to wager their stake on predicting whether the next card drawn will be higher or lower than the current card. Winnings from the Tuplaus Game are subject to a one-time (1x) wagering requirement. Any winnings resulting from successful predictions in the Tuplaus Game must be wagered once before they can be withdrawn as Real Money.

18 - Cashback Item Terms

Cashback is awarded as a percentage of net losses in Real Money. Bets using Bonus Money will not accumulate cashback.

• Cashback is paid in Bonus Money. Normal Bonus Money wagering conditions apply.
• A minimum of 1 EUR cashback must be earned to be applied to your account.
• Cashback is only paid into open accounts.
• The maximum cashback earned with any claimed "Cashback Chip" in My Rewards is 100 EUR.

19 - Loyalty Cashback Terms

Loyalty cashback is calculated as follows: (Real Money + Bonus Money bets) - (Real Money + Bonus Money wins) - bonus granted - jackpot contribution + (bonus forfeited + bonus auto-forfeited + bonus expired).

• The Cashback to be awarded ranges from 10 to 20% of the net losses as per the above calculation. An additional 2% is added as cashback for every 2,000 EUR in net losses, up to a maximum of 20%.
• The weekly cashback period is from Friday 00:00:00 - Thursday 23:59:59 (UTC).
• Loyalty cashback is paid in Bonus Money with a one-time (1x) wagering requirement.
• A minimum of 10 EUR must be earned for cashback to be applied to your account.
• Cashback is only paid into open accounts.
• Loyalty Cashback is centralized across all Rootz brands: Tuplaus, Wildz, Caxino, Wheelz, and Spinz. Any Cashback earned will be bundled and shown on all Rootz casino platforms on which the player has an account. The player can claim the Cashback on any of those Rootz casino platforms. Once claimed on one brand, the Cashback amount will be removed from the player's accounts on all other Rootz brands.
• Cashback is only applicable to transactions related to casino activities. Non-casino transactions are excluded from cashback calculations.

20 - Buy Free Spins Bundles

• You must use Real Money from your active balance to purchase Free Spins.
• You must have sufficient funds in your player account to purchase Free Spins. If you do not, you will be prompted to add funds. The amount stated on the Reward Card (showing the offer in "My Rewards") will be deducted from your account's Real Money balance once you confirm your purchase.
• Unless otherwise stated on the reward card, purchased Free Spins must be claimed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Funds used to purchase Reward Cards are non-refundable.
• Purchased Free Spins will be allocated to the slot specified on the Reward Card immediately after purchase and cannot be transferred to any other game.
• Once you have met the Free Spins' wagering requirements, winnings will be converted to Real Money and credited to your account.
• You can check and play your remaining Free Spins balance anytime by selecting the game specified on the Reward Card.

21 - Balance Booster Bonus

• The Balance Booster bonus is credited to your account as Bonus Money, and the deposited amount connected to the Balance Booster will also be converted into Bonus Money.
• The amount converted from your deposit toward the Balance Booster bonus will be subject to the percentage and maximum bonus amount offered in the corresponding promotion.
• Normal bonus wagering requirements of thirty-five (35x) apply (deposit amount connected to the bonus offer + bonus amount granted by Tuplaus) unless stated otherwise in the offer's terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to withdraw the Balance Booster Balance before meeting the wagering requirements will result in forfeiting the entire Balance Booster balance.
• All above-mentioned standard bonus terms apply.
