You can’t close your account directly through the Tuplaus website. If you’d like to close it, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email at support@tuplaus.com and provide your reasons for the request.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can activate a self-exclusion for a specific period directly from your account under My limits.
Keep in mind that if you do close your account, you usually won't be able to create another one with Tuplaus.
